| Objective:Through clinical research, to explore the clinical effect, security of ZhiTuXiaoBaiDing in treating Liver-Kindey Deficiency Type of local Vitiligo.Methods:60 patients of Vitiligo were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group,30 patients in each group. Patients in treatment group were treated with ZhiTuXiaoBaiDing for exrernal,3-4times everyday, sun exposure the concealment of leukasmus(sun exposure blandly 5-10 minutes);in control group, patients were treated with Fufangkalizhiranding for external. Each group took two month as a course of treatment and observed two month continuously. The clinical curative effects were carried after a courses of treatment. the changes of the area and the pigment of the skin lesion were recorded according to the clinical observation tables, and the changes of Chinese medicine symptom.And Three Routine Examines, Hepatorenal Function Examine, Electrocardiogram were checked before and after the treatment. At the same time, side effects were on the records. The experimental study include dermal irritation and sensitization Test.Results:1. Treatment group obviously surpassed the control group in the integration of curative effect. It was with a very significant difference. (P<0.05)2. Treatment group obviously surpassed the control group in the excellent rate. It was with a very significant difference. (P<0.05)3. Treatment group can be more effective in increasing the pigment deposit of the skin lesion and decrease an area of leukasmus than the control group. (P< 0.05)4. Treatment group can be more effective in decreasing an area of leukasmus at the stationary phases of vitiligo than the control group. (P< 0.01)5. Secure appraisal showed ZhiTuXiaoBaiDing had not obviously poisonous and side effects in clinic.Conclusion:ZhiTuXiaoBaiDing has obvious curative effects in treating the Liver-Kindey Deficiency Type of local vitiligo, and no obvious poisonous and side effects in clinic. It is worth further studying and promotion.
