Object:Use rat model with postpartum uterine inflammation after normal pregnancy, to study on the hemorheological effect of Gynecological Hemostasia Acesodyne Granules for postpartum rats. Explore the action mechanism of promoting postpartum involution of uterus.Methods:72 pregnant rats numbered in selected sequence, were divided into 6 groups in random approach, group of Gynecological Hemostasia Acesodyne Granules with low dose(4.68g·kg-1), medium dose(9.36g·kg-1) and high dose (18.72g·kg-1), Chan Fu Kang Granules control group, model group and blank controller(normal pregnant rats). Each group has 12 rats. On the frist day after deliver, except the blank controller, all the other groups vaccinated cultured overnight bacteria for molding, Bacillus coli mainly included. After molding sucessfully, start to intragastric administration for 7 days. Then test the blood shear rate 1,5,50,100, and 200(mps.s), as well as plasma viscosity.Results:1.Comparing model group with blank controller, the blood shear rate 1,5,50,100,200 and plasma viscosity of postpartum rats with uterine inflammation in model group all increased significantly, which has significant difference(p<0.01).2.Comparing all the administration groups to model group, both the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity were lower than that of model group, which has significant difference(p<0.01).3.Comparision within the administration groups:There is no statistical significance within administration groups. Conclusion:Gynecological Hemostasia Acesodyne Granules has preferable therapeutic effects on postpartum rats model of uterine inflammation. Its mechanism may be improving hemorheology, reducing blood viscosity after delivery, promoting blood flow and stop bleeding by activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.
