Fever Cough Clear Extract Granules Heat Syndrome Treated With Cough Experimental Comparative Study

Objects: To prove the effect of granules and explore the reformation and development of the form of prepared drugs for Chinese Traditional Medicine by the experimental research of main pharmacodynamics between Rekeqing adhesive plaster and granules. Methods: Contrast the experiments of relieving cough, counteracting virus, inhibiting bacteria, counteracting inflammation, strengthening vital Qi, clearing away heat and expelling phlegm of the different form of prepared drugs and analyse the data of the experiments by the SPSS software. Results: Granules had effects in the experiments of relieving cough, counteracting virus, counteracting inflammation, clearing away heat and expelling phlegm. The collective effect of granules was worse than the equal dosage form of prepared drugs for Chinese Traditional Medicine and better than the half dosage form of it. Granules had better effect than equal dosage form of prepared drugs for Chinese Traditional Medicine in the experiment of clearing away heat. It indicates that granules has better effect when bring into play its Qi and augment its dosage has the possibility of improving the effect of the prescription.
