Clinical Study On Treatment Of Five Cases Of Large Intestine Damp Heat Ulcerative Colitis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Five Decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)in large intestine and damp heat type,and to analyze its mechanism,so as to provide valuable reference for the clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods: 60 patients with ulcerative colitis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group(n = 30)and the control group(n = 30)according to the parallel principle and controlled.The test group received five Decoction orally,400 ml daily,morning and evening two service,an agent;control group was given oral beauty of salad,1g/ time,4 times a day and Peifeikang 4 tablets,2 times a day,two groups in two months for a course of treatment.The two groups before and after treatment,symptom scores and related changes were observed,and as the evaluation criteria,using SPSS19.0 statistical software for data analysis.Results: after two courses of treatment,the experimental group was better than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms and overall efficacy of ulcerative colitis.The effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,and the effective rate of the control group was 86.67%.There was no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment of the two groups.Conclusion: Five Decoction for the treatment of large intestine damp heat ulcerative colitis is safe and reliable,effective,can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,it is worth further exploration.
