All patients received an average of 13 months of follow-up, according to HHS elbow scoring the final follow-up results were evaluated, 31 patients in accordance with the results of discharge and final follow-up results, conservative treatment and prognosis of surgical treatment of radial head excision and Radial head replacement with the prognosis of patients, respectively, on the grouping, the prognosis of the acceptable rate of each group were analyzed.Results: Obtained after treatment in each group were followed up for 4 to 20 months, with an average of 13 months.
