Object the effectiveness and its merits of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction using hamstring tendons,and analyzing the therapeutic effect to use positive exercise trainingMethods Close the case for examination under (1) range of motion,rom (2) Lysholm mark (3) stability joint inspection, Try to analyze and to explore of a therapeutic effect of cruciate ligament reconstruction with hamstring tendons under arthroscopy and the positive training combined with rehabilitation.Resuls After the wound is cicatrized, in a period of 10—12 weeks, It is recovery fast for experimental group than control group, and a statistical significance (P<0.02)comparison among groups. The two groups of activities are same after 12 weeks, it is not differentiated between.Using Lyshohn mark methods to assess the knee, experimental group and control group is 92. 32±8.25 and 90.12±7.86 after an assessment, the groups is differentiated comparing before operation. The Lachman test of all patients and inspection pivot shift are negative.Conclusion The application of cruciate ligament reconstruction is a positive and effective treatment with hamstring tendons under arthroscopy. the recovery of early period of stability and range of motion of suffered side to the knee by this method.
