Sleep is necessary to human survival of the important physiological processes, one of life's roughly a third of the time is spent in morpheus, and physique is human production and basis of life. Good morpheus can promote physical health development, good physique and guarantee of good sleep. Studies show that reasonable exercise on sleep quality and constitution are good to improve and promote role. "DuanLianFa 312" meridian is a Chinese medicine theory as a foundation of scientific exercise methods, to a variety of diseases have treatment and improved, this movement method is simple, convenient, and master yi by age restrictions, and sites for popularization, etc. This study 40 cases sleep disorder patients as the research object, this paper discusses the 312 "meridian exercise on" sleep quality and physical effects for to improve sleep quality and strengthen physique to provide a more simple, economic and scientific movement method to provide theoretical and experimental basis.Methods: participants were randomly divided into three groups of 40 people: a quiet, quiet drug group and control group exercise groups 312 "channels". Quiet group did not in control and quiet "drug 312" meridian exercise, meridian exercise group for eight weeks "312" meridian exercise. Quiet exercise groups in control and meridian stops taking the hypnotic drugs, quiet drug group for calm hypnotic drugs maintaining sleep. Three groups of participants are not change the original life habit, to its constitution in before and after the experiment and the sleep quality index evaluation.Results: (1) the quiet sleep quality, control sleep time no change (P > 0.05), sleep time was significantly prolong (P < 0.05), sleep efficiency significantly reduced (P < 0.05), there was significant sleep disorders and daytime dysfunction status (P < 0.05). Quiet drug group after test sleep quality data is compared before test no significant changes (P > 0.05). "312" meridian exercise group of sleep total score more before the test happened very improved significantly (P < 0.01), among them, before sleep efficiency is very significant improvement experiment (P < 0.01), sleep needed time shortens significantly (P < 0.05), sleep time because no significant change in routine constant, (P > 0.05), daytime dysfunction significantly reduce (P < 0.05).(2) the vital capacity and close my eyes quiet controls on one foot and reaction index without opparent change > 0.05), (P grip significantly reduced (P < 0.05), and blood pressure significantly increased (P < 0.05), quiet pulse index to rise significantly (P < 0.05). Quiet drug group indexes no change; "312" meridian exercise group of quiet pulse and blood pressure are very significantly (P < 0.01), vital capacity index very to rise significantly (P < 0.01), grip and shutting standing on one foot time increased significantly (P < 0.05), reaction has no obvious changes when > 0.05) (P.Conclusion: hypnosis sedative medications can maintain effective sleep quality, but is not conducive to maintain and enhance physical condition; While "312" meridian exercise not only can improve sleep quality, but also can improve the constitution status.
