Data were collected from 788 college students of Guangxi University and Nanning College for Vocational Technology through questionnaire survey to explore the relationship among aerobic exercise,mood and sleep quality in college students.SPSS software was used to analyze the differences in demographic variables of college students' aerobic exercise,mood and sleep quality.The relationship among aerobic exercise,mood and sleep quality was discussed,and the structural equation model was built by using Amos software.The specific research results are as follows:There are gender differences in the time of falling asleep,sleep efficiency and sleep time factors of college students,in other words,the factors score of girls' time of falling asleep and sleep efficiency were higher than that of boys;the sleep time factor score of girls is higher than that of boys.The subjective sleep quality,sleep time and time of falling asleep of college students are different in urban and rural areas,in other words,the score of subjective sleep quality factor of rural college students is higher than that of urban college students;the time of falling asleep factor of rural college students is higher than that of urban college students;but the sleep time factor of rural college students is lower than that of urban college students.There were significant differences in sleep quality between graduating students and non-graduating students,in other words,the total score of sleep quality of graduating students was higher than that of non-graduating students;the time of falling asleep of graduating students is higher than that of non-graduating students;the score of hypnotic drug factor of graduating students is higher than that of non-graduating students.The sleep quality of undergraduates is significantly different from that of junior college students,in other words,the sleep time and hypnotic drug factor of undergraduates is higher than that of junior college students;the total score of sleep quality,sleep efficiency and subjective sleep quality and sleep disorder factor of undergraduates were lower than that of junior college students.There are professional differences in hypnotic factors among college students,in other words,the score of hypnotic factors of science and engineering majors and literature and history majors is higher than that of economics and management majors.The physical condition of college students affects their sleep quality,in other words,the worse physical condition,the higher the total score of sleep quality and the score of factor of sleep efficiency and subjective sleep quality;college students with good physical condition and general physical condition had lower score of factors of the sleep time and sleep disorder than those with poor physical condition;the factor of score of college students sleep time with good physical condition was lower than that of college students with poor physical condition;the score of factors of hypnotic drug in college students with general physical condition was lower than that in college students with poor physical condition.There were significant differences:in the quality of sleep of college students in the habit of using stimulants before going to bed,in other words,the total score of sleep quality,the score of subjective sleep quality,sleep time,daytime dysfunction factor of college students who had the habit of using stimulants before sleep were higher than those who had not the habit of using stimulants before sleep.There is a gender difference in the aerobic exercise of college students,in other words,the amount of aero'bic exercise of male students is significantly higher than that of female students.There are differences in major of aerobic exercise among college students,in other words,the amount of aerobic exercise of science and engineering students is significantly higher than that of literature and history of college students.There are differences in the physical condition of college students in aerobic exercise,that is,the amount of aerobic exercise of college students with good physical condition is greater than that of college students with general physical condition.There are gender and educational background differences in positive emotions of college students,that is,the level of positive emotions of male students is significantly higher than that of female students;the positive emotion level of undergraduates was significantly higher than that of junior college students.In addition,the positive emotion level of non-graduating students is significantly higher than that of graduating students.The positive emotion level of science and engineering majors was significantly higher than that of literature and history majors.Positive emotions and negative emotions exist significant differences in physical condition,that is one of the highest levels of body better college students',general physical condition of college students in the second place,poor physical condition of college students' positive emotions had the lowest levels;and poor physical condition of college students'negative emotions levels were higher than in better physical condition of college students'or general college students'.Aerobic exercise is negatively correlated with total score of sleep quality,and the score of subjective sleep quality,time of falling asleep,sleep disorder and daytime dysfunction;aerobic exercise is positively correlated with positive emotions;negative emotions were positively correlated with total score of sleep quality,and the factors of score of sleep time,time of falling asleep,subjective sleep quality,sleep disorders,daytime dysfunction,sleep efficiency.Aerobic exercise of college students has a negative predictive effect on sleep quality.Positive emotions played a partial mediating role between aerobic exercise and sleep quality in college students.Therefore,this study draws the following conclusions:There were significant differences in some demographic variables in sleep quality,aerobic exercise,positive emotions and negative emotions of college students.There was a pairwise correlation among three variables:aerobic exercise,positive mood and sleep quality.Aerobic exercise of college students has significant predictive effect on positive mood and sleep quality;and positive mood is the mediating variable between aerobic exercise and sleep quality,positive mood plays a part in the mediating role.
