Along with the development of China's economic and improvement of people's living standards, people's dietary shift from subsistence-based to nutrition style. In order to raise levels of nutrition, there is a need to study to the residents of China's food consumption and nutrition status of people point scale to measure whether or not the system healthy meal. Some of the existing system and there is insufficient basis for the evaluation function to measure the outcome of issues such as incomplete, it is difficult to meet the needs of our residents, the point of a healthy diet based on food technology remain to be further improved.This article completes the analysis of system, the design of the structure of data table, the choice of development environment, data processing as well as the modular design of the study and realization of system functions. From economics, nutrition and other basic theory, analysis of food consumption and conversion of the relationship between nutrients and in-depth study of the sources of the basic data; database system in the study, food consumption and dietary balance of theory, based on the use of the main calendar Food and nutrient conversion table, improve food consumption and nutrient conversion method; authority to use existing data, development of database application systems, completed the points-based health and nutrition meal System Design and Implementation.Testing and actual use of results indicate that the system is comprehensive and reliable data, the management of safe and convenient advantages:provides a comprehensive, continuous consumption of the residents of food and dietary intake data, and optimize the residents over the years a variety of dietary intake computing; provides a flexible, secure data management, improved data management flexibility to improve the user the status of nutrition at meal is conducive to people's healthy eating.This database system involving different regions of different zeras of the calendar year of the major food consumption data, as a result of this part of the basis of data from the National Bureau of Statistics and local establishment of the Statistical Yearbook of Statistics, Statistics of the caliber of food is different. Therefore, how to resident the major food consumption data needs to be further consolidation of the research.
