Objectives: The aim of the study was to research the Fushun urban cateringindustry of food safety situation and the influence factors, and then to put forward theprevention measures and Suggestions. In order to improve the Fushun urban cateringservice unit food safety overall condition, reduce food safety hidden trouble, improvethe Fushunurban food safety regulatory supervision level, better security Fushunurban people’s diet safety and health to provide scientific reference basis.Methods: Using stratified sampling method, extraction of Fushun urbanlarge-sized catering unit20, medium-sized catering unit100, small catering unit200to investigate. Fushun urban of big small and medium-sized catering unit cateringservice license and health certificate holding situation, purchasing food record ropeticket and acceptance records and purchase qualified food situation, the tablewaredisinfection record, morning record, food processing area layout accord with the rawin and cooked out of the single flow direction of, food processing area and diningplace area situation, container, tools separately and distinguish identification situation,food warehouse, special room and so on situations to be investigated.Results:1.Big small and medium-sized catering unit food safety management systemis perfect situation statistical comparison analysis results P <0.05, and there issignificant difference.2. The scale catering unit equipped with food securityadministrator situation statistical comparison analysis results P>0.05, there is nosignificant difference.3.
