Background:Food security is present one which of most main threats faces to the public health. Great importance to food security, has become the measure of the quality of life of the people, social management and the country's legal system an important aspect of the building. Food safety issues are a major public health problem, not only the ordinary people's quality of life and level of consumption is also related to security and public health related to social harmony and stability Great importance to food security, has become the measure of the quality of life of the people, social management and the country's legal system an important aspect of the building. So to ensure food hygiene and safety, especially the catering food hygiene and safety is very important. Jinan City in 2005 in Central District, was introduced to quantify management at different levels, and in the original mode of food hygiene supervision on the basis of reform, based on risk analysis principles for permission to review hygiene and regular supervision of hygiene quantifying project evaluation, strengthen the management of critical control aspect hygiene licensing examination and regular health supervision. Jinan City Central District restaurant industry growth and development is now all over the streets, and its business model more and more diversified, more and more quantity, and distribution of more and more widely, and is closely related to the lives of ordinary people.
