ObjectiveAlong with the development of the era,the living standard of yixing people are improving day by day.people’s life goal is from the solution of food and clothing to the type of well-being,enjoying the transition gradually.As a major livelihood issue,food safety problem has been paid more and more attention by both people and government.Ensuring public food safety has become an important regulatory objective for the government.Effective measures have been taken in the process of institutional reform.But in recent years,the food safety of catering service is still in a disorderly and extensive environment.Online ordering,delivery and other new forms of catering services emerge in endlessly.Food safety has become a growing problem.A new round of institutional reforms to ensure food safety has been rolled out across the country.Many provincial and municipal innovative reform of the establishment of the market supervision authority began to emerge.Combine the practice of market supervision and management,data analysis,literature research,comparative research and other methods are used.Material and methodsThis paper compares and analyzes the monitoring results and other relevant data of food and beverage service units in Yixing City before and after the reform,grasps the overall level of food safety and quality in Yixing City,and finds out the results and problems brought about by the reform of the food and beverage supervision system.The paper also analyzes the internal reasons and aims to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the supervision model of catering service.ResultsAfter the reform of most systems,the rate of tableware disinfection in Yixing City has decreased compared with the previous reform,but the coverage is wider and more evenly distributed.The reform of the food and beverage supervision system in yixing city has not been fully put in place,and the benefits of the reform have not been fully realized.It is necessary to further improve the food and beverage supervision system from the perspective of supervision system,supervisors,cooperative supervision,and long-term supervision.
