Study On The Index System Of Patients' Satisfaction Of Nursing In Good Quality Demonstration Ward

ObjectivesTo create a questionnaire that evaluate the inpatients' satisfaction of Good quality demonstration ward in Zhejiang Province.MethodsBased on literature review and theoretical guidance of the IOM report that quality of nursing (patient-centered,patient's experience of care and six quality aims for improving care),this study was full use of the advantages of qualitative research, we interview head nurses, senior nurses and inpatients by purposive sample in Hangzhou, refining and screening different indexes by content analysis, and combining with the realiability of Zhejiang to design a draft of index system. Select 41 experts with experienced nursing management all over the province, use Delphi Method to evaluate the importance and feasibility of the indexes.After two rounds of expert consultation, the opinion of the experts was nearly consistent. The SPSS 16.0 was used to analyze experts' positive coefficient, authority coefficient and variation coefficient, and coordination coefficient.ResultsAfter two rounds consultation, the opinion of the experts was nearly consistent. experts' positive coefficient is 97.67%, authority coefficient is 0.83;main scales are: importance 0-0.22,operative 0.09-0.23,and subscales variation coefficient are: importance 0-0.14, operative 0.04-0.21.and coordination coefficient is 0.15-0.3.The main scales authorities index 0.07-0.11, and scales authorities index 0.21-0.55.in conclusion we obtain a questionnaire comprised of 11 main scales and 28 subscales. ConclusionsThe index system was scientific and utility, and the questionnaire was suitable to the good quality demonstration ward nurses at all levels in Zhejiang Province.
