Psychological Intervention Combined Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Depression Inclinical Control Study

Objective:To explore the psychological intervention combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment of depression overall effect. For research and treatment of depression to provide new ideas and methods.Method:Clinical study of 60 cases of depression were randomly dividedintotwo groups, treatment group and control group of 30 cases. Selected patientswith TCM are the property of Yang Yu-do, business Wei discord, God Machinedisorders, two groups were selected to be Xuan Yang Kai-Yu Fang refreshingtreat. The treatment group, while the above-mentioned therapeutic applicationof Beck cognitive therapy to psychological intervention. General treatmentfor8 weeks, a total of 14 times.Result:In control group, the total efficiency of 63.33%(according to SDS reduced rate), TCM improvement rate was 76.67%; the treatment group, the total efficiency of 86.67.%(According to SDS reduced rate), the improvement of TCM rate of 86.67%. The two groups before and after treatment were significantly different. Two pairs of mild depression, the total effective rate wa difference in the treatment group in the treatment of severedepression,thetotal.effective.rate.was.significantly.higher,.there.are.significant.differ ences.Conclusion:Single-use medicine and co-ordination of psychological intervention on the treatment of depression are effective. With psychological intervention can significantly improve the treatment of moderate to severe patients with a total efficient. Tip of psychological intervention with Chinese herbs on patients with moderate to severe depression is more effective.
