| Objective: To study the correlation between depression and body chronic inflammation in maintenance hemodialysis patients(MHD),and to explore the clinical significance of psychological intervention.Methods: 97 MHD patients were divided into depression group and non-depression group by Beck Self-rating Depression Scale.The differences of biochemical indexes such as Alb,HGB,CRP and SF between the two groups were compared,and the correlation between them and depression score was analyzed.The depression was analyzed by multivariate logistic regression equation.The independent influencing factors of students.(2)15 hemodialysis patients with depression were treated with cognitive behavioral therapy for 12 weeks.The Baker Depression Scale was measured at the time of admission and at the 2nd,4th,8th and 12 th weeks after treatment.Each was assessed five times.The changes of nutritional and inflammatory indexes before and after treatment were compared by blood sampling at the time of 12 weeks.Result: Fifty-seven cases of depression,40 cases of non-depression,the incidence of depression was 58.8%;depression score was negatively correlated with ALB;Logistic regression equation analysis showed that CRP,FS and diabetes mellitus were independent risk factors for depression,and ALb was protective factor.(2)After the end of cognitive behavioral therapy,the subjective experience of the patients in the depression group improved,the BDI score decreased,the C-reactive protein decreased significantly,and the serum albumin increased.[Conclusion] The prevalence of depression in MHD patients in our hospital is quite high,which is closely related to dialysis age,nutrition and inflammation.(2)Cognitive behavioral therapy has better therapeutic effect on MHD depression,reduces the complications of patients and improves the quality of life of patients with chronic diseases.Therefore,dialysis team works closely with psychiatrists,and early detection and intervention are worthy of clinical promotion. |
