Objective:To investigate the treatment of Wen Dan Tang phlegm type headache (migraine) The clinical efficacy.Methods:March 2008-September 2009.out-patient treatment of 80 cases of phlegm-type headache (migraine) then divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group was treated with nimodipine 30mg three times daily, based on service Wendan Tom, once a day, the control group was treated with nimodipine 30mg three times daily. 10day as a course of treatment, treatment for 3 courses,3 days rest between treatments and Comparison.Results:The total effective rate was 90.00%, control group 55.00% of total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant (p<0.01),treatment group was significantly better than the control group. After 6 months, treatment group, lost 0, total effective rate was 65.00% in the control group lost 5 people, the efficiency of the control group was 37.14%, the two groups was statistically significant (p<0.01), treatment group long-term effect than the control group. Transcranial Doppler ultrasound treatment group and control group after treatment,MCA blood flow velocity are slowed down. Treatment group, blood flow has slowed significantly. Treatment group and control group after treatment, ACA, VA blood flow velocity are slowed down. The treatment group than in the control group no significant blood flow slowed. Treatment group and control group after treatment,PCA, BA blood flow velocity did not change.Conclusion:Wen Dan Tang and Nimodipine have significant interactive efficacy.Long-term steady effect.
