Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chuanxiong Gexin decoction on blood stasis migraine.Methods:From March 2017 to September 2017,30 patients were admitted to the clinic of Li Yan Studio of the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine and diagnosed as blood stasis migraine.Application of prescription Chuanxiong Gexin decoction by "promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis"method to treatment of migraine with blood stasis type,record the TCM syndrome score for patients with migraine,comprehensive analysis what combined with the incidence times of migraine,the degree of headache,the duration of headache and other symptoms associated with the course of the disease.Result:1.TCM syndrome integral:compared with before treatment(*P<0.01),compared with 2 weeks of treatment(#P<0.01),syndromes integral of TCM decreased obviously.After the treatment,the clinical effect was effective and the TCM syndrome was improved significantly.The total effective rates at 2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment were 76.6770%and 90.00%respectively.There was a significant difference between 2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).2.Headache symptom score:compared with 2 weeks after treatment,the TCM syndromes score of headache decreased significantly after 4 weeks of treatment.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).After 2 weeks of treatment,0 cases were cured,3 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,and 12 cases were invalid,the total effective rate is 60.00%.After 4 weeks of treatment,12 cases were cured,5 cases were effective,9 cases were effective,and 4 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate is 86.67%.The results of rank sum test showed that there was a significant difference in the curative effect between 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment for headache,difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chuanxiong Gexin decoction can significantly improve the incidence of migraine,the severity of pain,the duration of headache,some other symptoms associated with the course of the disease and its TCM syndromes.
