Objective: To observe the Yiqi Shengqing Huoxue Tongluo category Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Migraine clinical effect of qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome.Methods: Eligible patients with migraine headache, 48 cases of qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome, randomized controlled trial, treatment group and control group, 1:1 allocation. Treatment group was treated with Bu Zhong Yi Qi Decoction of granules, one day, warm water flushes the clothing, as early as 200ml, late 200ml; control group Nao'an pills, each 20, sub-sooner or later, two times orally. Observed before and after treatment of patients with migraine, changes in traditional Chinese medicine syndromes. Course of treatment for 8 weeks.Results: The migraine assessment: the treatment group, Clinical control in 10 cases, 8 cases were markedly effective in 5 cases, the total efficiency was 95.83%; control group, clinical control in 8 cases, 6 cases were markedly effective in 6 cases, the total effective rate of 83.33% , two groups p>0.05, no significant difference. Clinical Evaluation of TCM syndrome: Treatment group ,Clinical cure in 12 cases, 6 cases markedly effective in 5 cases, total efficiency was 95.83%; control group, clinical cure in 7 cases, 5 cases markedly effective in 9 cases, the total effective rate of 87.50%, compared the two groups p> 0.05, no significant difference in efficacy of the treatment group and control group the same.The treatment group and the control group had no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese Medicine of Yiqi Shengqing Huoxue Tongluo Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis treatment of migraine curative effect can be extended.
