The Effect Of TCM Theory To Guide The Nursing Care Of Stroke Patients ADL Ability

Objective: In this study, based on TCM theory to develop interventions for stroke patients to improve activities of daily living (ADL ability) role.Method: Select the Second Department of Neurology in our hospital wards, 60 patients with stroke for the study, 60 cases of hospitalized stroke patients were randomly divided into test group and control group 30 cases, the implementation of the control group of Neurology, conventional care, the implementation of the experimental group according to TCM the development of nursing theory, the two groups using the same indicators (activities of daily living rating scale) on the patients before and after care ADL ability score.Results: ADL score after the intervention the experimental group was significantly higher (p <0.01), according to TCM theory explains the development of care measures are effective.Conclusion: Compared with usual care in hospitals, according to TCM theory to develop interventions for more significant improvement in ADL ability in stroke patients.
