Clnical Observation Of Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation Caused By Blood Stasis By Pressing Dabao Point(SP21)Combined With Acupuncture

Objective:In order to seek more efficacy solutions to cure lumbar disc herniation caused by blood stasis, this paper is to observe the changes of symptoms and indicators of the patients with lumbar disc herniation caused by blood stasis who are received the pressing Dabao point(SP21) combined with acupuncture treatment and then to evaluate its clinical efficacy.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria,60 patients of Lumbar intervertebral disc herniation caused by blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given single ordinary acupuncture treatment. Besides the ordinary acupuncture treatment, the treatment group added the pressing Dabao point (SP21), once a day, five times a week, five times a week,7 days as one treatment period. After 2 courses of treatment, the treatment result was collected, result statistics. Before treatment, after the first and the 2 course of treatment, to score the symptoms and signs of the patients by VAS (visual analogue pain score) and JOA low back pain evaluation criteria, and then use SPSS18.0 statistical analysis software for data processing. According to the result analysis, two groups of clinical curative effect were compared.Results:1.After treatment, the two methods have obvious effect, moreover effect of treatment group is better than control group (P<0.05).2.The two groups were able to alleviate the pain immediately and the effect of treatment group is better than control group (P<0.01).3. After 2 course of treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of relieving pain, and improving all scores of indicator of the patients with LDH (P<0.01).4.A11 indicators of JOA that belong to treatment group were changed immediately after first treatment (P<0.01), except clinical signs(P>0.05).To control group, there was no significantly difference of all JOA indicators between before and after first treatment(P>0.05).5.After treatment, the change about the three indicators of JOA is different (P<0.01), the change of quality of life is the most, the change of clinical signs is the least.Conclusion:Pressing Dabao point(SP21) combined with acupuncture therapy can improve the cure rate of LDH caused by blood stasis with better results than single acupuncture therapy and relieve pain immediately.
