Study On The Situation For Public Health Emergency Events In Suzhou Industrial Park

Objective: This research on the situation of crisis management of public health emergency events in Suzhou Industrial Park can improve public health management and service system construction. It will also enhance the overall capacity of intra-regional prevention and control, as well as to provide the full scientific basis of public health emergency events.Methods: The research investigates the inhabitant 559 people, the health profession personnel 295 people, the government administrative personnel 81 people.The data was analyzed by Epidata3.10 and SPSS17.0. Poviding the situation and capacity, it will be able to produce a series of countermeasure and to make the mechanism suggestion of public health emergency events.Results: It was clear about the content of public health emergency event system and indicated the insufficient question of public health emergency events, as following: knowledge on public health and risk consciousness, risk management consciousness and capacity, countermeasure of crisis management, the health profession personnel, and so on. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of crisis management of public health emergency events. First, strenthen the inhabitant of the publicity and education of public health, the equipment establishment of health, the countermeasure of the inhabitant in treating the crisis management of public health emergency events. Second, strenthen the basic sanitary institution inproving risk consciousness, remedy competence, necessary educations and trainings, basic competence and crisis management competence of health profession personnel, various schemes for emergency response, monitor with the early warning system, logistic guarantee system, emergency response and command mechanism. Third, in view of the government administrative personnel, constructed the public health emergency event crisis management for example the construction of the emergency management organization, emergency management, forewarning mechanism, information publicity, the gauge of the instauration. Conclusion:This research take the present situation investigation as the basis and emergency capability of public health emergency events as the goal, summarizing and analyzing the emergency capability content of public health emergency events for the inhabitant, the health profession personnel and the government administrative personnel, demonstrating the emergency capability insufficiency, establishing emergency management system of public health emergency events in Suzhou Industrial Park, and providing the method of the improvement and the enhancement of the public health event emergency capability.
