0bjectiveTo understand the population dynamics change of Suzhou Industrial Park from2008to2012; To reveal the residents’ mortality changes、the main cause of death in thedynamic changes and the dynamic changes in life expectancy of Suzhou Industrial Parkfrom2008to2012so as to provide strategies and measures for the prevention andtreatment of diseases.MethodsUsing N-Annual data analysis methods, based on the causes of death data inaccordance with the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10) and thepopulation data of Suzhou Industrial Park from2008to2012, generated from《Resident Death Archival Information System》,the database was fundamentalanalysis with Excel2003and statistically analyzed with SPSS17.0.Results1. The total population of Suzhou Industrial Park rised year by year.The proportionof the total population of0-14years old children and the elderly population over the ageof65was on the rise,65years old population coefficient was10.16%in2012,15-64years old accounted for the total population declined; The total burden coefficient andthe young child burden coefficient、the elderly burden coefficient were rising year byyear.2. Inspecting by the bivariate Spearman rank correlation, there was a downwardtrend in the residents’standardized mortality rate of Suzhou Industrial Park(rs=-0.90,P<0.05).Standardized mortality rate of male and female also showed a decliningtendency(rs(man)=-0.90,P<0.05;rs(woman)=-0.90,P<0.05). Standardized mortality rateof male residents was higher than that of the female each year. 3. The age mortality rate curve was"√".From the point of view of death causes,above60years old group were accounted for more than80%,even up to85.92%in2012.Inspecting by the bivariate Spearman rank correlation,in addition to the age group of60-70mortality decreased (rs=-0.90, P<0.05), the mortality rate of each age group wereno trend (P>0.05).4. The constitution of death causes did’t vary greatly.The leading causes of theresident death were circulatory system disease,malignant tumor, respiratory systemdisease, injuries and poisoning,and digestive system disease with the constituent ratiofor more than88%.The top five causes of death of the malignant tumor were gastriccancer、 lung cancer、 liver cancer、esophageal cancer and rectum、anal cancer withthe constituent ratio for more than60%.5. The expectation of life had a growth trend(rs=1.00,P<0.01), in2012than in2008increased by1.40. The life expectancy of the female was higher than male.Conclusion1. In Suzhou Industrial Park, the coefficient of aged population increased year byyear, the aging processed rapidly.There was a downward trend in the residents’mortalityrate. The male mortality rate was always higher than that of female residents.2. The age mortality rate curve was"√".The chronic non-communicable diseases,malignant tumor, injuries and poisoning were the main causes of the resident death inSuzhou Industrial Park.3. Gastric cancer、lung cancer、 liver cancer、esophageal cancer and rectum、anal cancer were the leading causes of death amongst residents malignant tumor.4. Life expectancy had increased year by year,The life expectancy of the female was higherthan that of male.
