Study On Community Health Service Capability Construction In Suzhou Industrial Park

Community health service plays an important role in urban health service because of its wide distribution,large quantity and proximity to the masses.It is an essential element for urban residents to achieve the goal of national health care.By continuing to promote the construction of community health services,give full play to the basic role of community health services,and cooperate with other medical and health care institutions to jointly build a three-dimensional new urban health service system,which is of great significance to improve the quality and efficiency of urban health services and to save health resources.Paper 7 community health service centers in suzhou industrial park as investigation object,and the community health service resource allocation situation of suzhou industrial park is analyzed,through the health human resource configuration,staff,equipment configuration and usage,unit configuration and financial situation and so on as the breakthrough point,in-depth study of suzhou city community health service center of health services.After the proportion of the number of staff was set,a questionnaire survey was conducted randomly to them.On the basis of the collected data,the number of institutions,hardware configuration,talent team and service effect of the community health service center in the industrial park were analyzed.In order to have a more comprehensive understanding of the current status of community health service satisfaction in the industrial park,this study surveyed community residents through sampling questionnaire.Through the analysis and sorting of interview data,it also further understood the existing problems in the process of community health service.Through sorting out the results of questionnaire survey and interview,it is found that there are five main problems in the community health service center of industrial park.First,the government investment mechanism is not perfect;Second,unreasonable organization,uneven equipment distribution and low utilization rate;Third,the operation mechanism is not smooth,the lack of workload of community health workers,patients two-way referral difficulties;Fourthly,the talent training mechanism is not perfect,the proportion of medical care is unbalanced,and the professional talent is in short supply.Fifth,fiscal revenues and expenditures are not symmetrical,and are mainly dependent on government appropriations.Industrial park community health service has the certain results,to further improve the current existing problems,and possible solutions is to establish and perfect the community health service supporting policies,laws and regulations,establish an effective industry supervision mechanism,strengthen the hospital-community integration,reasonable planning health service agencies,the solution of the perfect personnel training system.
