Clinical Study On Treating Cervicla Spondylotic Myelopathy (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Card) With Micro-powder NO.4 Decoction Of Cervical Spondylosis

Object:This trial was designed to explore the efficacy and safety of Micro-powder NO.4 Decoction of Cervical Spondylosis treatment through random consecutive trial for an treatment group and a controlled group of Cervicla Spondylotic Myelopath. And to explore the mechanism and methods of Chinese herbs in treating Cervicla Spondylotic Myelopath.Methods:60 cases were divided randomly 1:1 into three groups。Treatment group to with Micro-powder NO.4 Decoction of Cervical Spondylosis, the controlled group to with Granules of Jingfukang to treat, other controlled group to with Mikebao to treat. In a course of four weeks treatments. And four weeks after treatment, their cirdinal and minor symptom scores and accumulated scores were compaired and analysised, their clinical effect were observed and evaluated with symptom scores, and fside-efects also were observed.Result:Both the accumulated scores of the three groups were reduced after four weeks treatment. The results suggested there was a statistic difference of accumulated scores and the therapeutic effects between and in three groups after four weeks treatment, treatment group were better than controlled group with p<0.05 comparatively statistic significance.Conclusion:All of the Micro-powder NO.4 Decoction of Cervical Spondylosis and the Granules of Jingfukang and Mikebao can improve the Cervicla Spondylotic Myelopath(Qi stagnation and blood stasis card) about the main symptoms and signs. In addition, the treatment group was more significant than the controlled groups in therapeutic effection. Three groups had not side-effect.
