Comparative Study Of Kangjingtang Prescription And Jingfukang-granule Treating The Cervical Spondylosis With The Neck Type

Objective: The neck type of cervical spondylosis is frequent and ordinary on clinical orthopedics , is each kind of outbreak earlier period of cervical vertebra disease,so it's an important factor that prevents from the cervical vertebra disease outbreak and make progress to its treatment. Kangjingtang Prescription has already made much effection,but not been proved statistically.It proves that the curative effect of Kangjingtang Prescription is conclusive by observation and comparison of treatment to cure clinical 60 of case through kangjingtang Prescription and Jingfukang-granule.Methods: 60 cases of the cervical spondylosis with the neck type were grouped randomly into the treatment group and the control group, treated with oral administrated Kangjingtang Prescription therapy and oral administrated Jingfukang-granule therapy. Much clinic index was observed and the data was collected at the pretherapy and the post-treatment.The compared results of the curative effects were given by comparison and analysis of the materials statistically.Results: The total effective ratio of treatment group was 93.3%; the total effective ratio of control group was 83.3%. There was distinguished curative effect in both groups.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group on relieving the pain by statistical analysis.Conclusions: The curative effect of Kangjingtang Prescription was precise.
