Effect Of Yang Xue Qing Nao Granula On Mast Cell Degradullation In Yingnaomo Of Migraine Model

Objective:To study the effect of Yang xue qing nao Granula on mast cell degradullation in dura matter of migraine model.Methods:Heal thy male Wistar rats were radomly divided into 4 groups:normal sodium control group,model control group, Yang xue qing nao Granula treat group and Yang xue qing nao Granula preventive group.Reproduce migraine animal model with subcutaneous injection NTG,mast cell degradullation which located at meninges were determined with staining techniques after model reproduced 30 min,90min and 160min.Results:Yang xue qing nao Granula preventive group can improve the behaviors of the migraine model,and reduce the positive rate of the mast cell degradullation in dura matter.Conclusion:Yang xue qing nao Granula can inhibit the msat cell degradullation on meninges,and might thus depress the neuronal exitability in spinal nucleus of trigeminal nerve,and inhite nociceptive pain information transmitting.and processing.
