| The models of hyDerliDemia are established in. rats and mice by means of using yolk emulsion and fat emulsifying agent respectively According to rhe theory of functioning activity of Qi in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) ,Sheng Jiang Shan (powder) ,a famous formula by Yan Li Shan of Qin Dynasty , an expect in febriie disease , is modified and made into dosage of granula ,aiming at exploring its effect on lipid and hyperoxide in rats and mice Results reveal that Tch and TG contents in serum in rats?model of hyperlipemia are markedly increased , as well as Tch TG LDL桟 apoBlOO and MDA Contents in mice抯 model of hyperlipeniia, HDL桟. apoAl and SOD contents are noticeably decreased , and the ratio loses its balance between HDL桟/LDL桟 apoAl/apoBlOO and SoD/MDA.
