Objective:To analyse intrauterine diagnosis of fetal malformation in our hospital ten-year, the incidence of fetal malformation assessment, in order to reduce and prevent fetal malformation providing the basis of birth.Methods:TO analysis Retrospectively in January 2000-December 2009 in our hospital room maternity ultrasound diagnosis of fetal mal-formation of 435 cases of ultrasound results of the information to postnatal final diagnosis as gold standard.Results:(1) Years, The First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University, in Obstetrics and Gynecology ultrasound Room detection rate of fetal structural abnormalities at 3.32%(435/13101), of which<25 of 49 cases; 25 to 34 years old 335;> 35 years old in 51 cases.(2) Different years, overall fetal malformation:fetal malformations found in 2006 the first of the disease is hydrocephalus, and from 2007 to 2009, the first of the disease found in fetal malformations is heart malformations.(3) Overall detection of fetal malformations:January 2000-December 2009, the detection rate of fetal malformation rises trend year by year, the detection rate from 1.05% in 2000 gradually rises to 4.41% in 2009.(4) The detection of fetal malformation type and overall:435 abnormal fetuses, the malformation categories are 33 species, arranged according to parts of fetal malformation, representing the top 5 are:163 cases of nervous system malformation, accounting for 37.47%; cardiac malformations in 87 cases, accounting for 20.00%; 83 cases of urinary tract malformation, accounting for 18.62%; facial deformities in 18 cases, accounting for 4.14%; digestive system malformations in 15 cases, accounting for 3.45%.(5) Fetal malformation detection time:435 cases of deformed children, the pregnancy before 14 weeks of fetal malformation detected in 9 cases, accounting for 2.07%(9/435), first detected at 12 weeks,3 cases without brain child, one case of encephalocele and one case of omphalocele; 14 to 28 weeks of fetal malformation among the 327 cases were detected, accounting for 75.17%(327/435); 28 weeks after the detection of 99 cases of fetal malformation, accounting for 22.76%(99/435).Conclusion:1. Years in our hospital ultrasound detection rate of fetal malformations 3.32%, the most common types of malformations are the nervous system and heart malformations.2.Years in our hospital the detection rate of fetal malformations rises trend year by year, may improve the detection means, ultrasonic medical diagnosis of congenital malformation of the rising level of awareness and diagnosis, so the number of cases of missed diagnosis of fetal mal-formations reduced and fetal health of family members of patients emphasis gradually enhanced.3. Pregnant women aged<25 years or> 35 years the proportion of fetal malformations in higher age groups, pregnant women, therefore the focus should be screened.4. By prenatal ultrasound examination can make most of the series in the 28 weeks prior to fetal malformation was detected by ultrasound examination at birth to prevent fetal malformation plays an important role.
