Objective:In this study, Types of fetal malformation, Prenatal diagnosis of pregnant women and prognosis of neonates were collected. We analysised influencing factors of fetal malformation, to provide reference for prevention of birth defects, prenatal counseling and prenatal care.Method:384 Cases of pregnant women with fetal malformations and 200 cases pregnant women with normal pregnancy were collected, they all haved antenatal care at The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University From July 2012 to July 2015. Maked retrospective analysis of the types of fetal malformations and result of prenatal diagnosis, the risk factors that may cause fetal malformations’were analyzed, compared the pregnancy outcome.Result:There was a wide variety of fetal malformations. Fetal distress rate and neonatal asphyxia rate in the case group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P=0.002, P=0.000). Univariate analysis showed that age, twins, adverse pregnancy history, pregnancy drugs contact history, Tang’s high-risk, assisted reproductive technology, abnormality in amniotic fluid in the case group and control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that twins, adverse pregnancy history, drug exposure history, abnormality in amniotic fluid in the case group and control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). They were risk factors for fetal malformations.Conclusion:(1)Fetal malformation can be diagnosed by ultrasonography, prenatal diagnosis and clinical examination, ultrasonic examination is the most commonly used method. (2)Cardiac system, skeletal muscle system and urinary system are the top three of fetal malformation in these three years. (3)Fetal malformation is related to many factors including age, twins, adverse pregnancy history, pregnancy drugs contact history, Tang’s high-risk, assisted reproductive technology, abnormality in amniotic fluid, and it is the result of multiple factors.
