Objective To analyze the intrauterine diagnosis of abnormalities of some fetal urinary system and observe their changes and outcome of pregnancy so as to supply some clinical data for eugenics.Methods From 2005 to 2009 in women's hospital of zhejiang university, choose 440 cases of fetus with urinary abnormalities. analyze the outcome of pregnancy.record the autopsy and follow up some newborns for one year.Results Among the 440 cases with fetal urinary abnormalities,190 cases were simple hydronephrosis; 11cases were hydronephrosis compliced hydroureteosis and megacystis; 98 cases were polycystic kindney;83 cases were agenesis of kindney; 37 cases were duplex kidney:22 cases were ectopic kidney.And there were 50 cases that compliced abnormalities of other system.Via the discuss of the Intrauterine diagnosis Center,230 cases were perinatal death.and 222cases were neoborns.15 cases were lost.Conclusions Utrasonngraphy is useful in diagnosis abnormalities of fetal urinary system.It also revealed that mild simple fetal hydronephrosis with out abnormalities of other system may degrade naturely. more seriously hydronephrosis may cure by surgical operation.So.simple fetal hydronephrosis is not indication of odinopoeia. Hydronephrosis compliced hydroureteosis and megacystis were usually concerned with the obstruction of urinary system.At present, there were no effective treatment for bilatera agenesis of kindney and polycystic kindney, and the gestation should be teminated as soon as the diagnosis established.
