Study On Inner Mongolia New Rural And Pastoral Areas Cooperative Medical Supply And Demand Problem

In this paper, I study on farmers and herdsmen's health demands of the New Rural Cooperative Medical System and the supply of health services agency status by the form of a questionnaire survey in the Xilin Gol League (Duolun and Sunitezuo Bannner) . I also analyze the impacts of the supply side (health services) and demand side (the peasants and herdsmen) after New Rural Cooperative Medical System implementation .The following conclusions can be found: we must Increase investment of township hospitals and other primary care health sector to improve the hospitals medical conditions and continue to strengthen technical personnel training to improve rural health services qualities; By analyzing impacts of the supply side after the implementation of the new rural cooperative medical system, I found we want decease the farmers and herdsmen expends by to improve the availability of health resources capacity and the absolute accessibility. I made some points based on the analysis .for the first ,we must improve new Rural Cooperative Medical System design. To improve system can be make the supply capacity of the supply side to be fully effective .secondly, Some farmers and herdsmen can not realize the benefits after joining the new agricultural, so they have waiting attitude about participation in the New Rural Cooperative Medical System. Thirdly, we want to further promote the new rural cooperative medical care system sustainable development in pastoral areas. To have a good, solid mass base and to obtain the trust of the peasants and herdsmen is very important than anything else. Local economic development impact the new rural cooperative medical system implementation .the local government must develop local economy by the rapid speed and further improve the local financial system. The development of new rural cooperative need the government to provide material support.
