| Dyslipidemia has close relaitionship with atherosclerosis. It can lead to and promote the occrurrence and development of atherosclerosis.It is a powerful and independent risk factor of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. Prevent and cure dyslipidemia effectively is the key of preventing and curing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect and safety of Danqi Decoction in Patients with Dyslipidemia (with Phlegm and Blood Stagnation)through clinical trial study, and to establish the substructure of directions to clinical medication.Methods:120 patients with dyslipidemia were randomly divided into two groups. The two groups were comparable because of the insignificance level on gender, age, blood fats and underlying diseases(P>0.05). The treatment group consisted of 60 patients, each taking Danqi Decoction.The control group also consisted 60 patients, treated by XueZhiKang. Course of treatment was four weeks. Level of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low density lipoprotein(LDL-C), hemorheolog and syndromes of Traditional Chinese Medicine were observed before and after treatment. The data was analyzed after observation. The count material, the measuring material and the grade material were examined with Chi-square test, T-test and Ridit respectively. All data was analyzed by SPSS15.0.Results:120 cases of patients in two groups complete the treatment, the compliance are good, have no appeared falls off and rejection case.1 Chinese medicine symptom curative effect comparison:The total effectiveness in treatment group is 90.0%, while in the other is 71.7%, there is significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05), explained the treatment group surpasses the control group in the improvement of Chinese medicine symptom aspect.2 Comparision of TCM syndrome score before and after treatment between two groups:After treatment the TCM syndrome score in both groups were significantly lower than that before treatment, there were significance level (P<0.05); The two groups between their respective groups of comparison after treatment there was significance level(P<0.05). The result showed two groups'symptom score after treatment decreased significantly, and the treatment group reduced more significantly.3 Single item Chinese medicine symptom comparison:Single item Chinese medicine symptom comparison, after treatment, there were significantly lower than that before treatment, there were significance level (P<0.05) except body fat. The bow heavy like binds, the chest stuffily and pain, lassitude, vomits the wicked phlegm saliva, and so on the symptom improvement is obvious, two groups have the significance difference (P<0.05), explained the treatment group surpasses the control group in the improvement Chinese medicine symptom aspect.4 Laboratory inspection curative effect comparison:Treatment group total effectiveness is 83.3%, control group total effectiveness is 86.7%, two groups compare do not have the significance difference(P>0.05), explained two medicines have the good curative effect in the improvement blood fats aspect.5 Compared with two groups before and after treatment of blood lipids improvement:Two groups could reduce TC, TG and LDL-C, there were significance level(P<0.05)before and after treatment. Compared with control group after treatment there was significance level(P<0.05)with TG. In reducing TC and LDL-C, there have a similar effect before and after treatment, two groups have insignificance (P>0.05). To HDL-C, there was insignificant level (P>0.05) before and after treatment. The result showed that both groups should not significantly reduce HDL-C or increase HDL-C.6 The treatment before and after groups blood changes the curative effect comparison:Around two group of patients treat the comparison, the whole blood viscosity (lowly cut, middle cut, high cut), the red blood cell press the product reduce(P<0.05).7 Safety analysis:Around the treatment group patients.the common physical examination project changes not obviously, the blood, the urine, the bowel movement convention chemical examination, the Creatine Kinase, the electro cardiogram and the liver, the kidney function check has not seen the obvious change. Explanation treatment group medicine non-toxic side effect, safe reliable.Conclusion:Danqi Decoction is effective in treating Dyslipidemia with phlegm and blood stagnation, and it has characters as wide safety scope and good security utilities.
