Research On Clinical Efficacies Of Shenqi Six Decoction CaPsules On DysliPidemia

Objective: Observe Shenqi six decoction combined western medicine in treatment of the clinical curative effect of spleen deficiency and Phlegm turbidity ty Pe dysli Pidemia.Methods:Following random number table grouping 60 Patients age between 60 to 75 into treatment and contrast,30 each.The treatment group takes 20 mg atorvastatin calcium tablets combined Shenqi six decoctions daily for 8 weeks;the contrast group takes 20 mg atorvastatin calcium tablets daily for 8 weeks.Measure total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)levels at three time Points in treatment,Preparation,4-week,8-week,examine liver and kidney function and creatine kinase before and after treatment,and record the traditional Chinese medical syndromes scores.Results: There is no statistical significance in blood lipid index between two groups before treatment(P>0.05),Two groups of baseline which shows blood lipid index are comparable.Comparing 4-weekbefore and after treatment,statistical significance(P<0.05),showing reduced TC,TG,LDL-C and increased HDL-C in 4-weeks;no statistical significance in 4-week treatment(P>0.05),showing two groups curative effect equivalent,and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)combine western medicine have no or minor effect in the 4-week treatment.4-week and 8-week treatment groups have statistical significant(P<0.05),showing the TCM combine western medicine 8 – week after has more effects than sim Ple western medicine.Two grou Ps be fore treatment,TCM syndrome score no statistical significance(P > 0.05);8 – week grou P,TCM syndrome score differences have statistical significance(P< 0.05);control grou P,8 –week treatment before and after,TCM syndrome s core no statistical significance(P> 0.05);liver,kidney function and serum c reatine kinase indicators,the relevant statistical results show two grou Ps of P atients before and after the index had no difference(P> 0.05).Conclusion: Shenqi Liuwei decoction could significantly benefit the blood lipid levels,and enhance the spleen deficiency Phlegm turbidity blood lipid abnormal clinical curative effect is superior to that of simple western medicine group,is worth the clinical Promotion.
