Cai Xia Lipid Particle Treatment Of Blood Stasis Phlegm Dyslipidemia Clinical Observation

ObjectiveThe objectives of the trial are to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of the traditional Chinese medical prescription "ChaixiaTiaozhi Granules(CTG) and Xuezhikang Capsule(XC)" treating primary dyslipidemia,and to evaluate that of security.MethodAccording to the include and exclude standard,60 patients with primary dyslipidemia in the syndrome of q i stagnation blood stasis and phlegm struction were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group. The former take the CTG and Xuezhikang Capsule(XC) for 4 weeks.The latter were given orally XuezhikangCapsule(XC) for 4weeks. At the end of 4 weeks, clinical therapeutic effect were compared with those of the baseline in each group. Thereafter the indexes about serum lipid,haemostatic activity,fibrinolytic activity, the traditional Chinese medice symptom and safety date were observed at baseline and terminal points.The indexs above were analysed trough SPSS 13.0 statistical analysis software. Count data use X2 test,grade data use zhi test and quantity data apply t test. Under the 0.05,P value was considered statistically significant distinction between the tests.ResultEffective evaluate:The total effective rate in regulating serum lipid of experimental group is 86.7%, That of control group is 70.0%,there are significant distinction between experimental and control group. After taking medicine, serum levels of total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) were decreased remarkably respectively (p<0.05) between the two groups and in two groups. Treatment group superior to the control group markedly. Increasing high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C),apolipoproteinAI (APOAI)and decreasing low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C),apolipoproteinB (APOB), no significant differences were found between the two groups(P> 0.05). The total efficiency rate in TCM syndrome is 86.7%,this of control group is 70.0%, and have significant differences were found between the two groups(P<0.05). After treating,there were big differences were compared in PT,APTT,FIB,D-2 themselve (P<0.05) There were big differences were compared in PT between two grougs,others have a similar total effect in treated group and the controlled group.Security:During treating,there is no side effect to the patients'health in the treated group,and only one patient were diarrhea after taking XC in the controlled group. Tt is no influence to the efficiency.ConclusionCTG and Xuezhikang Capsule(XC)have a very significant effect in improving the serum lipid and haemostatic activity,fibrinolytic activity in the syndrome of q i stagnation blood stasis and phlegm struction of dyslipidemia.It is effective that CTG and Xuezhikang Capsule(XC) can decrease patients clinic symptom in the syndrome of q i stagnation blood stasis and phlegm struction of dyslipidemia.CTG and Xuezhikang Capsule(XC)has a good Security in threating the syndrome of q i stagnation blood stasis and phlegm struction of dyslipidemia.
