Clinical Observation Of Huoxuehuazhuo Decoction In The Treatment Of Primary Dyslipidemia(The Type Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis)

Objective:Objective to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Huoxuehuazhuo decoction in the treatment of primary dyslipidemia(phlegm and blood stasis type) by observing the clinical effecth. Methods:In a randomized, and positive drug controlled trial methods, 60 patients with primary dyslipidem ia(phlegm and blood stasis type) were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. Based on the guidance of lifestyle, the treatment group was treated with Huoxuehuazhuo decoction 150 ml per time, 2 times a day oral after meal; the control group was treated with Simvastatin tablets, 20 mg, evening meal. Two drugs were taken 4 weeks. During the treatment, were not taking the medicine as Huoxuehuazhuo decoction. Before and after treatment, two groups of patients, curative effect observation indexes(serum lipids, TCM syndrome), safety observation index(general physical examination items, renal blood rout ine, urine routine, stool routine, liver function, the incidence of clinical adverse reaction analysis) are measured, recorded, statistics. Results:Curative effect evaluation:(1) serum lipid: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%, and the co ntrol group was 93.33%. There was no significant difference in serum lipids after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).(2) Chinese medicine syndromes: the total effective rate of treatment group was 96.67%, and control group was 73.33%, There was statistica difference in TCM after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05).Safety evaluation: the selected 60 patients before and after treatment in patients with general physical examination items(body temperature, respiration, pulse and blood pressure), blood routine, urine routine, routine, liver function, renal function and other safety indicators were statistically analyzed, the difference before and after treatment of the two groups no significant. During the test no clinical adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion:1. Huoxuehuazhuo decoction were not inferior to Simvastation on regulating serum lipid,better than Simvastation on lessen the symptoms;2. No significant toxic side effects and adverse reactions were found during the test...
