Also the waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness pathology machine-made and the clinical manifestation quite is complex, the doctor practicing western medicine treats this sickness effect to be ideal, but seeks one kind to have to the natural method of treatment, then the effect is better.Objective To observe the curative of traction and manoeuvre treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment on the lumbar intervertebral disc herniation so as to show its important role in treating and obviating the lubar intervertebral disc herniation.Method 123 patients suferring from lubar intervertebral disc herniation are objects of the study. Those people are divided into two groups randomly, with the experimental group treated by manoeuvre and traction, and the control group, treated only by traction.The treatmeant cycle was a week, and the comparative efficacy of two groups of patients were done through statistical analysis.Result Statiatically significant difference between results of the experimental group and control group was found (P<0.05).It means that the manoeuvre and traction treatment is better than the only traction treatment.Conclusion Traction and manoeuvre treatment of acute lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is effective and practical. Both lumbar traction and TCM manoeuvre is better in clinical applications, so as to improve peripheral blood circulation and relieve muscle spasm and to promote the return of lumbar intervertibral disc, and the symptoms can become more obviously improvement.
