And in western medicine ,the conservative treatment is in short of good methods . But the majority of this affection can be cured, or controlled , through non-operation treatment ,thus the treatment of this affection with TCM is of extraordinary importance. According to this fact, the author selects the traction method and wide the length between lumbar vertebral and reduce pain by pressing against the nerves roots with physical function . On the other hand ,the chinese material medica has anti-inflammatory, anti-seusitization, improving micro-circulation.and reducing exudation pharmacological function. Therefore, this medicine can remove or reduce the inflammation surrounding the nerves roots and reduce the Stimulation of the local algogenic metabolic substance to the nerves roots, and it can also enhance autoimmune function. Two method help each other and promote effective. Method: A clinical observation analysis of PLID treatment between 70 cases and 32 cases with combination therapentic method of traction and chinese materal medica (treating group)and with traction (control group).
