Objective:To study the influence of traction and obligue extention tui na method on the therapeutic effect and mechanism studies in Cervical Spondylosis Patients and explore the mechanism. Methods:60 patients diagnosed as cervical intervertebral disc Herniation were divided into two groups at random. Among them,the test group(30) treated by "traction and obligue extention tuina method"; the control group(30) treated by jingtongkeli Medicine Treatment.The difference in improvement of symptoms and physical signs was observed between the patients of two groups after therapy.Results: The total effective rate is 100% in the test group while 93.33% in the control group,so there are no differences between them.The total cure rate is 20% in the test group while3.33% in the control group.The differences are obvious.Meanwhile the group of traction and obligue extention tuina method improved very obviously in both Symptom and actions in daily living(P<0.001).And in the clinical examination,the result is also obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:The group of traction and obligue extention tuina method has obvious therapeutic effect and safety.
