| Adenomyosis is a common gynecopathy, whose disease incidence recent reportedis upgrade. Most women about 30 to 50 years get this disease. Its feature isendometria and glandular intrude into the myometrium.The main clinical manifestation of adenomyosis include dpainmenalgia, barrenness, menstrual disorder, bigger uterus, etc.So far, the exact etiological factor and pathogenesy of adenomyosis is uncert. At present, because of the defect of submucosa between the myometrium and mucos, who has the effect to stem the backward growth of mucosa. Adenomyosis belonged to the catergories of "manalgia", "barrenness", "menstrual disorder" in TCM, for it have not a corresponding name in TCM. In modern TCM, the stagnation of blood was considered to be the basic pathogency of adenomyosis. There are genadotherapy, surgery, chinese traditional medicine etc, in treatment.The investigation of the syndrome of TCM of adenomyosis patients, lack of large sample, systematic,intensive indagation, was in incipient stage.ObjectiveDiscussed the TCM syndrome differentiation rules in adenomyosis patients during perioperatively period through retrospective investigation on 203 cases, to afford pursuant for the chinese tradition medicine during perioperatively period. And eventually provide symptomatic and epidemic evidence to prevent and treat against AD, so that women and patients after therapy in various physical state can get effective preventive guide.MethodsData of 203 cases suffered from AD were collected, whose ages were from 25 to 71. The TCM syndrome differentiation rules during perioperatively period were observed.And a followup study was conducted to observe the recovery of AD. At last, we used retrospective cohort study to anaylse the data.ResultsThere're 203 patients after operation.In the investigation of symptom of TCM, the main symptoms were dysmenorrhea with black menses and blood clot, bigger menstrual blood volume, progressive emphasis. And darkly tongue, presence of purplish spots on the tongue surface, the musci on thinness whiteness and pulses of chord and micra were common.In the distribution of preoperative syndromes, firstly all with blood stasis, secondly kidney deficiency are major ones. In the distribution of 3 months postoperative syndromes, firstly Qi deficiency. During the period before operation and 3 months after operation, blood stasis, Qi stagnation and kidney deficiency evidently fall down. During the period after operation for 3 months to 1 year, kidney deficiency obviously increase, but Qi deficiency decrease to some extent.Blood stasis based Qi emaciated, blood stasis based kidney deficiency are major syndromes in the distribution of preoperation type. Therefore after the operation there are new three typies of syndrome. Weakness of the spleen and stomach, weakness of both the spleen and kidney are major syndromes for the type after operation for 3 months and the type operationfor one year as well.3 months after the operation, weakness of the spleen and stomach, weakness of both Qi and blood obviously increase compared to that before operation. All blood stasis syndromes decrease compared to that before operation. As for the types after operation for 3 months to one year, blood stasis base kidney deficiency increase to some extent, but it was still biggest descend to compare the period of perioperation. While weakness of the spleen and stomach, weakness of both qi and blood decrease.Conclusion1,The stagnation of blood was the basic pathogency of the adenomyosis in TCM, while the stagnation of shen qi's emaciated was the most common syndrome.2,The main syndrome in preoperation period was the stagnation of shen qi's emaciated. The syndrome of stagination of blood decreased obvious, while the syndrome of dificiency of qi and the syndrome of dificiency of blood increased after operation. The main syndrome changed into the syndrome of the dificiency of pi and kidney staginating and the staginating of weakness of the spleen and stomach in postoperation period.
