Research On The Illness Related Factor And The Constitution Of The Adenomyosis Patient Who Suffered Dysmeonrrhea

Objective：To further explore the illness related factors and the relevant constitutionof AD patients who had suffered dysmenorrhea.To study the relationship betweenconstitution and syndrome differentiation as well as the rate and course of dysmenorrheaMethod： Using the Physical Types Determine Table and questionnaire throughcase-control study method, the140AD patients who suffered dysmenorrhea and thehealthy women were statistical analyzed by clinical data in order to find out the relevantfactors and the susceptible constitution. The reuslts were analyzed with Frequencystatistics and spearman rank correlation to study the relationship between constitution andsyndrome differentiation as well as the rate and cource of dysmenorrhea. Results：1.1.Through chi-square test and t-test, identify the relevant factors that have the statisticalsignificant in the comparison of the case group and the control group. logistic regressionsuggests Risk factors of Adenomyosis: age, hyper menorrhea,the times of intrauterineoperation, Job and Life Stress pregnancy and delivery, primary dysmenorrhea, themedical history of hysteromyoma/ovarian cyst/cervicitis/pelvic inflammationare andhyperplasia of mammary glands. Delayed menstrual cycle and lower menorrhea are theprotectirefactors of Adenomyosis.2.The susceptible constitution of AD patients whosuffered dysmenorrhea is The blood stagnation type.3.The correlation betweenconstitution and syndrome differentiation is significant.4.The correlation between the rateand cource of dysmenorrhea is not obvious. Conclusion：1.Ten risk factors and twoprotective factors of Adenomyosis are generalized.2. The blood stagnation type is themost important predisposition to adenomyosis, which is34.7%in the surveyed people. Inthe physical types of adenomyosis patients, blood stagnation, qi deficiency, qi stagnationand Dampness and Heat types are higher than other types. Conclusion:1.10pathological risk factors and2protective factors of adenomyosis are summarized.2. According toclinical survey, blood stagnation type is a predisposition to adenomyosis.3.There isinteraction between constitution and syndrome differentiation.4. The correlation betweenthe rate and cource of dysmenorrhea is not obvious.5.Constitution is adjustable in Chinesemedicine; we can adjust the patients’ constitution to prevent the occurrence ofadenomyosis and guide the clinic, which has important medical value.
