Endometriosis was a common gynecopathy, whose disease incidence recent reported was 10%. The main clinical manifestation of endometriosis includedpain(menalgia, hypogastralgia, dysparenunia), barrenness, menstrual disorder, etc. There' re six main theories concering the endometriosis' s nascence. They' re endometrium planting theory, lymph sending theory, coelom epithelium altering theory, immune theory, genetic theory and endocrine theory. Endometriosis belonged to the catergories of "manalgia" , "barrenness" , "menstrual disorder" in TCM, for it havn' t a corresponding name in TCM. In modern TCM, the stagnation of blood was considered to be the basic pathogency of endometriosis. There' re genadotherapy, surgery,Chinese tradition medicine, etc, in treatment. The patients of endometriosis ,who no matter received medication or surgery, recurrenced a lot. The main relative factors of recurrence of endometriosis were hormone, heredity, surgery mode and medication aroud the operation. The investigation of the syndrome of TCM of endometriosis patients , lack of large sample, systematic, intensive indagation, was in incipient stage.ObjectiveDiscussed the TCM syndrome differentiation rules in endometriosis patients during perioperation period and their correlation of the recurrence of endometriosis after operation through retrospective investigation on 211 cases, to afford pursuant for the Chinese tradition medicine during perioperative period and decrease the recurrence of endomtriosis after operation.MethodsData of 211 postoperative cases suffered from EMA were collected, whose ages were from 20 to 69. The TCM syndrome differentiation rules during perioperation period were observed. And a followup study was conducted to observe the recurrence of EMA. At last, we used retrospective cohort study to anaylse the data. ResultsThere' re 211 patients after operation. In the investigation of symptom of TCM, the main symptoms were dysmenorrhea with black menses and blood clot, acquired dysmenorrhea, progressive emphasis. And darkly tongue, presence of purplish spots on the tongue surface, circuitous ventation under tongue were common. The investigation showed that the change of the syndrome of stagnation of blood, the syndrome of sinking of qi, the syndrome of dificiency of qi,the syndrome of dificiency of blood between preoperation period and postopertion period demenstrated significant difference (P<0.05). And the change of the syndrome of dificiency of qi blood stagnating, the syndrome of stagnation of qi and blood, the syndrome of dificiency of kidney blood stagnating, the syndrome of stagnation of blood and fluid, the syndrome of deficiency of the spleen and kidney, the syndrome of retention of fluid in the stomach, the syndrome of deficiency of qi, the syndrome of dificiency of qi and blood between preoperation period and postoperation period also demenstrated significiant difference (P<0. 05). In the investagion of the recurrence, through the binary logistic regression, it showed the related factors of recurrence after operation included : age,the syndrome of stagination of blood in 7 days after operationhypermenorrhea, lumbosacral pain in mense.Conclusion1,The stagnation of blood was the basic pathogency of the endometriosis in TCM, while the stagnation of qi and blood was the most common syndrome. 2,The main syndrome in preoperation period was the stagnation of qi and blood. The syndrome of stagination of blood decreased obvious, while the syndrome of dificiency of qi and the syndrome of dificiency of blood increased after operation. The main syndrome changed into the syndrome of the dificiency of qi blood staginating in postoperation period.3,In TCM, the protective factor of recurrence of endometriosis was hypermenorrhea; and the risk factors were the syndrome of the stagnation of blood in 7 days after operation and lumbosacral pain in mense.
