Abstract/Summary:
Objective:(1)Observation of micro-invasive puncture surgery of hypertensive intra-cerebral hemorrhage in patients with the improvement of oxidative stress after the STOCK.(2) Observation of micro-invasive puncture surgery of hypertensive intra-cerebral hemorrhage in patients with the development of second MODS in HICH. (3)Discussion the relationship between the levels of oxidative stress in blood serum and the development of MODS in HICH patients. Methods: Guided by the principle of informed consent, the patients who would be consistent with the inclusion criteria were divided into micro-invasive puncture surgery group(20 cases)and conventional medical treatment group(22 cases) in accordance with the wishes of the families of patients. All cases were treated immediately in the hospital. The levels of oxidative stress were measured on being in hospital, 1th d,3th d, 5th d ,7th d and 10th d. At the same time, the second MODS in HICH were recorded. Results: The serum SOD activity was significantly higher in micro-invasive puncture surgery group than that in conservative group (P < 0.05). The serum MDA level was significantly lower in micro-invasive puncture surgery group than that in conservative group (P< 0.05) . The development of ICH was significantly lower in micro-invasive puncture surgery group than that in conservative group( P < 0.05) .Conclusion: Micro-invasive puncture surgery for cerebral hemorrhage can increase the serum SOD activity and decrease the NO and MDA level, it may be beneficial for protecting neural function by enhancing clearance of free radical.
