Clinical Research On The Ovarian Endometriosis Cyst’s Postoperative Recurrence With The Method Of Invigorating Kidney To Regulate Menstrual Cycle And Promoting Blood Circulation

Objective:To obsreve the influence of invigorating kidney to regulate menstrual cycle and promoting blood circulation on the recurrence rate,dysmenorrhea and pregnancy of the patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst after conservative surgery and Compared with the effects of the patients treated by GnRha so that we can evaluate the impact of it objectively, explore the feasibility to treat patients after surgery by it and to provide a new method to prevent ovarian endometriosis cyst recurrence after surgery by Chinese medicineMethods:45 patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst after conservative surgery from outpatient department and in-patient department were divided into two groups randomly which were treated by invigorating kidney to regulate menstrual cycle and promoting blood circulation and GnRha for 3 months respectively.Observing the changes of dysmenorrhea, symptoms, recurrence, pregnancy, CA125 and blood rheology at the start of treatment and at the end of therapy after 6months for 2 groups.Results:Syndrome integral:The percentage of relapse was 16.7% in treatment group and 13.3% in matched group (P>0.05).Symptoms of dysmenorrhea are definitely better compared with prior treatment in both two groups(P<0.01)and there are no difference (P>0.05).Symptoms and signs were relieved in both two groups after treatment,but there are no differences(P>0.05). The percentage of pregnancy are 54.5% and 20% separately (P<0.05).CA125 and blood rheology showed a prominent decrease after treatment in both two groups (P<0.01) and here was no significant difference (P>0.05).Side reactions:The percentage of GnRha with side effects is 46.7%,however the treatment group has no remarkable side effects.Conclusion:Invigorating kidney to regulate menstrual cycle and Activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis has the same effect to prevent the recurrence rate with GnRha.It can relieve symptoms, reduce dysmenorrhea, improvethe function of corps lutein,and has no side effects,it can be widly use in patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst after surgery.
