Clinical Research On Treatment With Self Yangwei Of Cold And Heat Mixed Chronic Gastritis

Objective:This randomized controlled clinical trial test method to observe the self Yang Wei Tang on the chills and fever in patients with mixed type of chronic gastritis and clinical symptoms and signs of, to investigate the treatment of chronic gastritis Cold and Heat mixed clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:Select from May 2009 to November 2009 Chinese medicine clinics in the leaf, gastrointestinal specialist in Far Eastern Memorial Hospital, diagnosed as chronic gastritis, Chinese Medicine of the cold and heat mixed type 60 cases of chronic gastritis, were randomized 1:1 to treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each. Treatment group:Treatment with self Yangwei the control group using Metoclopramide 5mg, sucralfate 1g treatment. Chinese Yang Wei Tang Self composition:the party ginseng 30g, Atractylodes l0g, ginger 10g, Baked Licorice 6g, Astragalus 30g, sand ginseng 15g, Radix 15g, Schisandra l0g.450ml water and simmer till the drugs 150ml, the second day, before the meal service, 60 days as a course of treatment; control group:metoclopramide 5mg, sucralfate 1g treatment. Both groups were observed for 8 weeks, medication to be discontinued if adverse circumstances were handling. Of treatment, clinical symptoms, signs, laboratory parameters, and the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation.Result:1. TCM syndromes:Clinical cure rate was 13.33%, effective rate is 40% effective rate was 33.3%, total effective rate was 87%; the control group, clinical cure rate was 0%, effective rate is 36.7%, and 40%, total effective rate was 76.7%. Comparative efficacy of two syndromes, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).2. Individual symptoms and signs:The treatment and control groups epigastric swelling, belching and acid regurgitation, loose stools thin, nausea, vomiting, stomach noisy, chest tightness, short breath, dark urine, retching symptom remission rate compared, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group than in the control group is effective. Two stomach pain, fatigue, bitter mouth, dry mouth, eating less, poor stool, vomiting, water, port light, dry stool remission rate between the two groups considerable effect (P> 0.05).3. TCM symptom score change:The treatment group and control group had lower clinical symptoms are integral, and the difference in treatment group than in the control group before and after the big two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Yang Wei Tang Youyi Self Help Gas heat, nourishing Yin Yiwei effect is mixed for the pathogenesis of cold and heat, it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, improve quality of life of patients4. Without any serious adverse events recorded, Yang Wei Tang clinical use is safe.Conclusion:1. Using Self-Yang Wei Tang to treat cold and heat mixed-type chronic gastritis is effective.It can effectively control the clinical symptoms and signs of chronic gastritis, toxicity, cancer pain.2. Self-Yang Wei Tang in the course of the treatment of chronic gastritis, on the blood, liver, kidney function was not affected, is a more secure treatment program, worthy of clinical application.
