Clinical Observation Of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction And Danggui Shaoyao San In The Treatment Of Chronic Superficial Gastritis (complex Syndrome Of Cold And Heat)

Objective: Based on the classical Chinese medicine prescription Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang And Danggui Shaoyao decoction powder in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis(Chronics superficial gastritis,CSG)clinical observation of mixed cold and heat,clinical evaluation of the party in the treatment of CSG syndrome of mixed cold and heat,Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang And Danggui Shaoyao decoction treatment effect analysis of the disease.Methods: From January 2017 to December 2017,74 CSG patients from the first affiliated Hospital of Hunan University.The traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was treated with Chaihu Guzhii Ganjiang and Danggui Shaoyao Powder once a day.The control group of western medicine was treated with pam Tora sodium enteric capsule(Panisu: Hangzhou Zhongmei Huadong Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.H20010032)40mg,orally,two times a day,and the two groups must be continuously taken 4 weeks for 1 courses of 1 treatment.Two groups in a timely manner for clinical comprehensive efficacy,TCM syndrome score,gastric mucosal lesions pathological grading before and after treatment evaluation,and statistical analysis,at the same time,evaluate safety.Results:Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang And Danggui Shaoyao decoction treatment group and pam Tora sodium enteric-coated capsule control group had the same curative effect as gastric mucosa and pathological grade(P > 0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group in TCM syndromes integral(P < 0.05).Conclusions: Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang And Danggui Shaoyao decoction were used in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis with mixed cold and heat.
