Used one bee to sting zu san li point with the both side for the first time, used one bee to sting one point from the second to the ninth time, and increased 2-3 points to sting after the ten times. Finally took out the needles after 5-10minutes. Bee acupuncture group:based mainly on cv 17(danzhong), s 18(rugen), s 15(wuyi), liv 14(qimen), s 40(fenglong), and match with the gb 21 (jianjing), p 6(neiguan), st 36(zusanli), lr 3(taichong), sp 6(sanyinjiao). Dilatational wave persisted for 30 minutes. Bee acupuncture mixed with acupuncture group:according to the treatment regimen with bee acupuncture group, stop for 10 minutes, and gave the same treatment regimen with bee acupuncture group. All patients from the three group cure for 3 time every week, four weeks was one course of the treatment. Stop curing in menstrual period, insist on treating three courses and observe the curative effect. Recorded the size, hardness and distribution with the breast mass, breast pain, accompanying symptoms and the Doppler ultrasound images of breast changes and so on. Established database and used SPSS 13.0 to make statistical analysis.Result:The total effective rate of three treatment group were 100%, the effective rate of bee acupuncture group was 76.67%, the effective rate of bee acupuncture mixed with acupuncture group was 93.33%. Bee acupuncture group compared with the acupuncture group showed that there was no statistical significance by chi-square test (P>0.05). Bee acupuncture group compared with the bee acupuncture mixed with acupuncture group showed that there was statistical significance by chi-square test (P<0.05)The three group had been improved in breast pain, breast mass and abnormal menstruation after treatment. The result showed that there was statistical signif icance(P<0.05). For the breast pain and abnormal menstruation, the bee acupuncture group, the bee acupuncture mixed with acupuncture group and the acupuncture group showed that there was obvious difference (P<0.05), but there was no difference between the acupuncture group with the bee acupuncture mixed with acupuncture group(P>0.05). For the breast mass, the result difference between the bee acupuncture group with the acupuncture group showed that there was statistical significance(P<0.05). The result difference between the acupuncture group with the bee acupuncture mixed with acupuncture group showed that there was statistical significance(P<0.05). The result difference between the acupuncture group with the bee acupuncture mixed with acupuncture group showed that there was obvious difference(P<0.01).For the mood change and the expansion and fullness in both flank, there was no obvious improvement in the three group after treatment. The result showed that there was no statistical significance(P>0.05), and both of them were not difference. This study of 30 cases on the acupuncture group not appeared adverse reactions.30 cases on the bee acupuncture group and 30 cases on the bee acupuncture mixed with acupuncture group appeared local reaction. (pain in epidermis, local piciu, red and swollen, pruritus, pigmentation); 9 patients appeared general reaction on the bee acupuncture group of 30 cases, it took up 30%, Which got fever 5 cases with them,2 cases urticaria,1 case lymphadenectasis,1 case hemorrhage in intermenstruum; 4 patients appeared general reaction on the bee acupuncture mixed with acupuncture group of 30 cases, it took up 13.33%, which got fever 2 cases with them,1 cases urticaria, 1 case lymphadenectasis. Thegeneral reaction in the three group showed that there was obvious difference by rank test(P<0.05)。Conclusion:the bee acupuncture group, the acupuncture group and the bee acupuncture mixed with acupuncture group can alleviate the symptoms that existed in Stagnation of Liver-qi type for cyclomastopathy, which made breast pain relieving and disappear, breast mass reducing and vanishing. Comparing the curative effect with three group, the bee acupuncture group closed to the acupuncture group, the bee acupuncture mixed with acupuncture group was the best among the three group. The bee therapy had much better clinical effect on curing cyclomastopathy and easy to operate, though there was some allergic reactions, it can be controlled through the rigorous prevention and monitor which the patients could endure. It was worth to apply in clinical further.
