ObjectiveTo evaluate the diagnosis of partial tears of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and the clinical result of arthroscopic ACL reconstruction with autograft hamstring in ACL partical tears.Methods56 cases of ACL ruptures who received ACL reconstruction with autograft hamstring were studied retrospectively from Oct 2008 to Oct 2009. Combined with history, clinical symptoms, physical examinations, MRI appearances and arthroscopy detection,16 cases were diagnosed anteromedial bundle injury, and 40 cases were diagnosed posterolateral bundle injury. Clinical results were evaluated according to Lysholm, IKDC, Irrgang, Larson scales as well as to ADT, Lachman test, PST.ResultsAll the 56 patients have been followed up.53 patients got Normal IKDC score (94.64%), Lysholm score improves from (55.3±2.8) to (87.0±7.8), Irrgang score improves from (48.2±5.2) to (81.8±4.4), Larson score improves from (41.1±6.6) to (84.2±3.6) after operation (P>0.05).ConclusionResidual preservation augmentation and synovium in treatment of partial tears of ACL achieves good outcomes and rehabilitates well, which might indicate its optimistic application in the future.
