| Purpose: To discuss the method of partial reconstruction of anterior cruciatel igament(ACL) by arthroscopy。Material and method:We accepted 43 cases whose ACL were partial ruptured from Dec 2009 to Dec 2010. There were 27males and 16 females with an average age of 34.7 years(19-53years).The average time from injury to surgery is 1.8 month (1d-3.5y).12 patients with medial meniscus injured and 3 patients with lateral meniscus injured ;2 patients Injured bilateral medial meniscus.2 cases with the complication of articular cartilage worn.During acute phase ,the pain , the swelling, limitation of flex and extense motion is the major symptom,while The strengthless and Instability joint were observed from the patienst in chronic phase.The adt test result of 12 cases whose AMB teard is 9 positive,3weak positive.The Lachman tese result is 8 weak positive and 4 positive.To the Plb teard patients ,6 ADT negatived,25 weak positive.The result of Lachman test is 23postived ,8weak postived..Clinical results were evaluated according to The Lysholm.Results:1.All the 43 cases were folled .the average time is 10.3months (6-14).The complication of infection, the fixture loosening and the replacement rupturedwere not found.Most patients, sport grades were recovered .2.The result of anterior drawer test(ADT)is 37 cases positive before the surgery,36 cases recovered to normal,1 case Next to normal. The relevant number for Lachman test is 39,35,4.the joint'ROM is -5 to 120.The Lysholm integrative measure showed(42.3±4.3)preoperation;(88.3±5.2)postoperation.significant difference.Showed a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with pain and instable knees we should choose the operation of acl reconstructionas early as possible,which will obviously avoid the complications such as osteoarthritis.The remaining of unharmed bonds of acl,can avoid the damage of blood vessel which will play an important role in the com bination between the replacements and the tunnels. |
