A Study On The Management Model Of The New Rural Cooperative Medical In Hubei Province

The new rural cooperative medical system has been widely promoted all around China for 5 years from 2003. This pilot of the new rural cooperative system is an important measure which will greatly push forward the building of a new socialist countryside, the coordinated development of urban and rural, the building of a harmonious socialist society. The construction of the new rural cooperative medical system is directly related to the hundreds of millions peasants' health and benefit, it also plays an important role in the medical system revolution. Recently, The new rural cooperative medical system is a hot issue in society, academia has made a good deal of study on it. For 5 years' pilots and perfect, the new rural cooperative medical system construction has achieved a certain success, the phenomenon that the peasants suffer poverty from disease has reduced greatly. Now, the peasants have a constantly consummated hospitalization environment. But as a complex systems engineering, the new rural cooperative medical has met a lot of problems since it promoted. If we can't solve these problems appropriately, it must influence the long-term development of the new rural cooperative medical system. Many problems that we faced in the daily work are caused by management mode deficiency. So, it is necessary to make a research on the management mode of the new rural cooperative medical system. This is what this thesis discusses here.This thesis is comprised of six parts: the first part is introduction, it introduces the background and significance of this selected subject, explains the research purpose and perspective; the second part reviews the new rural cooperative medical system development history, introduces the current development status and the problems that exist in management operation of the new rural cooperative medical system in Hubei province ; the third part mainly make a brief introduction to the management mode of the rural cooperative medical system, analyze the related influence factors and the elements of the management mode of the new rural cooperative medical system; the forth part chooses E Zhou city in Hubei province as the object of study, and summarizes the investigation result to conclude the peasants' wishes to join the new rural cooperative medical ,the cognitions of peasants management departments and fixed medical institutions towards the current management mode of the new rural cooperative medical; the fifth part illustrates the rural medical mode in domestic and abroad, and the experiences the we can reference; the last part is policy suggestion. With the principle of consummating the new rural cooperative medical management mode and the peasants' benefit, we give several advices.
