[Objective] To analyze renal stone patients' various blood and urine biochemical parameters. Found the cause of metabolic disturbance which make stone formation. Established the etiological foundation for the clinical treatment and prevention of kidney stones.[Methods] 42 cases of renal stones patients who take food by normal eating and drinking and 20 case of normal volunteers with non-associated urinary stones were analyzed the blood and 24h urinary biochemical parameters. Blood biochemical parameters included blood calcium, blood uric acid, parathyroid hormone (PTH).24h urinary biochemical parameters included urine volume, urine PH,uric acid, calcium, oxalate,Citric Acid. To use chi-square test, logistic regression analysis and spearman rank correlation analysis. Parameters were compared between two groups.[Results] Among 42 cases of renal stone patients,40 cases (95.2%) had metabolic disturbance.15 cases of patients had one kind of metabolic disturbance (35.7%).7 cases of patients had two kinds of metabolic disturbance(35.7%).7 cases of patients had three kinds of metabolic disturbance (16.7%).1 case of patient had four kinds of metabolic disturbance (2.3%).1 case of patient had five kinds of metabolic disturbance (2.3%).Among the 42 renal stone patients, hypocitraturia occurred in 33 cases(78.6%), low volume in 24 cases(57.1%), PTH increasing in 14 cases (33.3%), hyperoxaluria in 10 cases(23.8%), hyperuricosuria in 10 cases(23.8 %), low PH in 10 cases(23.8%), hyperuricemia in 9 cases (21.4%), hypercalciuria in 4 cases(9.5%), hypercalcemia in 1 case (2.4%)Among the 20 normal volunteers,6 cases of patients had metabolic disturbance (22.2%). hypercalciuria in 0 case(0%), hyperuricosuria in 0 case(0%) hyperoxaluria in 1 case(5%), low PH in 2 cases(10%), hypocitraturia occurred in 5 cases(25%), low volume in 7 cases(35%), hyperuricemia in 2 cases (10%), hypercalcemia in 0 case (0%), PTH increasing in 1 case (5%).Statistical analysis shows that between renal stone group and control group, there are significant differences in parathyroid hormone(PTH),Citric Acid in 24h Urine, uric acid in 24h Urine, oxalate in 24h Urine. While, there is no significant difference in blood uric acid, urine volume, urine pH. Blood uric acid and uric acid 24h urine are related between the two groups. Blood calcium,PTH and calcium in 24h Urine are not related between the two groups.[Conclusions] The study shows that among the renal stone patients,95.2%cases have metabolic disturbance. Hypercalciuria, hyperuricosuria, hyperoxaluria, low PH,hypocitraturia, low volume, hyperuricemia, hypercalcemia,PTH increasing are common metabolic disturbance. Through the systematic analysis of metabolism, we can find the cause of patients'metabolic disturbance. So as to etiological basis is laid for individualized treatment and prevention.
